The energy at MRCOOL® has been building for months, and it all came together as we gathered in Hickory, Kentucky to celebrate our Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for our expanded headquarters. What began as a vision for growth became a moment of triumph as community members and national partners came together for the occasion. This milestone went beyond opening a new facility. It celebrated the community that has been with us from the beginning and strengthened our resolve to support it as we continue to advance within the HVAC industry.
Since our founding in 2014, MRCOOL® has grown from a small, ambitious team into a thriving company of nearly 300 members. This expansion provides additional office and production space, increasing our capabilities and allowing us to offer partners the training, support, and equipment they need to succeed. It also features a state-of-the-art showroom where partners and customers can experience our full product lineup firsthand.
The ceremony opened with networking among community leaders, company employees, and industry professionals. We were especially grateful to welcome MRCOOL® franchise owners from Massachusetts, the Gulf Coast, and Los Angeles. Their dedication to traveling and attending both their first annual franchise conference and the ribbon cutting ceremony highlighted the value of our partnership. Attendees were then invited to tour the new showroom, where they could learn about the full range of our products and get a first look at what’s coming next.

During the ceremony, Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear recognized MRCOOL®'s contributions to the local economy and the company's lasting impact across the country in a pre-recorded video. He highlighted the importance of businesses that innovate while investing in the communities they serve. We are grateful for the trust placed in us and look forward to continuing our efforts to build a team that empowers our partners to serve more customers.
